Instagram and Facebook are taking content to the next level for brands with the ability to schedule stories using Facebook Business Suite. With e, es have always been able to manage their posts and activities across Facebook and Instagram, but the ability to schedule stories has only been added recently. 

With this new feature, brands will be able to utilize Instagram and Facebook stories more effectively to promote their . The intention of e has always been to become an all-in-one platform, and 2 out of 3 users already feel that it continues to improve their ability to connect with their audience. 

How to Use the Scheduling Stories Tool

While you can already use e to schedule regular posts, using it to schedule stories will be a game-changer.

You can schedule a story to either Instagram or Facebook by opening Suite on desktop and clicking on “Create Story”. Once selected, simply choose whether you’d like to schedule a story to your Instagram Feed, Facebook News Feed, or both. Upload your visual media (photo or video) and customize it by cropping, adding stickers or text, or using filters. Preview how your final story will look, and if satisfied, publish it. 

You can either choose to publish it immediately or select “Schedule Story” to publish it later. 

With these simple steps, you can create, publish and schedule a story to either one of these platforms and use this as an advantage to promote your brand in a visually appealing way.

e also allows you to edit scheduled posts now before they go live. If you want to make changes to scheduled posts, simply head to the scheduled posts section, select the post you’d like to change, and choose the option to edit it. Once done, save your changes. 

One of the two other features soon available is managing photos and albums from the Suite. Once available, you’ll be able to access this feature through the “Posts and Stories” tab in Suite. The second will allow es to create Instagram and Facebook stories that they can save as drafts. In both the mobile app and through the desktop site, you’ll be able to create a story and choose to save it as a draft for later editing and publishing. 

e continues to add new features that help brands improve their content marketing strategies. Adding these features help the company near their goal of becoming a one-stop tool for and managing. 

More features will likely be added to Facebook Business Suite with the shuttering of its analytics tool on its way. More features being added to e in the near future are mentioned and explained in the company announcement.
